IN-APPS 2026: 619 profiles, 312 leads and 84 meetings
How IN-APPS 2026 used ExpoConnect to turn visitor registrations into buyer profiles, exhibitor leads and booked meetings.

- Audience profiles
- 619
- Exhibitor leads
- 312
- Business meetings
- 84
The challenge
Most exhibitions count visitors at the door. Few can tell exhibitors who those visitors were, what they wanted to buy, or whether a conversation led anywhere. Organizers then start the next sales season with a headcount instead of proof.
What the organizer set up
- Registration that asks each visitor about their company, role and buying interests.
- Booth scanning, so exhibitors save every visitor they talk to as a lead.
- Meeting booking between buyers and exhibitors, before and during the event.
The results
By the end of the event, ExpoConnect held 619 audience profiles. Exhibitors had saved 312 leads, and buyers and exhibitors had booked 84 meetings.
Each number answers a question exhibitors ask before they rebook: who visited, who showed interest in my booth, and who sat down to talk business.
What organizers can take from this
- Collect buyer details at registration, when visitors are most willing to share them.
- Give exhibitors a way to record conversations on the spot, not on paper.
- Report leads and meetings back to exhibitors soon after the event, while the results still matter to them.
