What should organizers measure after a B2B exhibition?
Visitor counts alone do not sell next year’s booths. Five numbers that show exhibitors the event was worth it.

A busy hall feels like success. Exhibitors deciding whether to rebook need more than that. They want to know if the event brought them the right buyers.
1. Qualified visitors, not just visitors
Count the visitors whose role and company match what exhibitors sell. A smaller hall of decision makers beats a large hall of browsers.
2. Leads per exhibitor
How many visitors did each exhibitor save as a lead? Look at the spread too. If a few booths took most of the leads, the others may need a better spot or more help.
3. Meetings booked and held
A booked meeting is a buyer asking for time. Track how many were booked, and how many actually happened.
4. Interest by product category
Which categories drew the most interest? The answer shapes which exhibitors to invite next year and how to lay out the floor.
5. Follow-up and rebooking
Ask exhibitors whether their leads turned into deals, and whether they plan to come back. Rebooking is the clearest sign the event worked.
Collect it during the event
These numbers are hard to rebuild from spreadsheets weeks later. Capture them as they happen: at registration, at the booth and in the meeting schedule.
